(I still think that there is a Foxworthy joke in there somewhere.)Any way, inspired bu a presentation that I gave at a recent conference of the Council for Exceptional Children, at National Harbor, Maryland, we periodically run a series of posts on the nuts and bolts of special education law. This may be old hat to you veterans, but it is always good to review the basics.? So are you ready for special ed law 101?
